2019 — 2020
Where it began
Acacia was founded on a simple belief: buying a home in Mauritius should feel as effortless as living in one. The first year was spent listening to buyers, learning the market and setting out a way of developing built on transparency and care.
Paille en Queue
The first residence broke ground in Péreybère and turned that belief into a building, with every home shaped around light, space and the rhythm of coastal life in Grand Baie. Every apartment found its owner.
Paille en Queue II
The same idea, carried further: forty homes around a long pool and tropical gardens. Construction began in December 2023 and the building is now about 85% complete, with handover planned for the second half of 2026.

The building
Forty apartments in a reinforced concrete building of 8,000 m², over a basement car park, a ground floor and three upper floors. Construction began in December 2023, with handover planned for about September 2026.
